Hi there. I am trying to access the Thermomix forum on my iPad while travelling in Europe. However the above message keeps appearing. Never had this problem on my computer at home in Australia. Can only now use forum through Tapatalk. Anyone else had this trouble?..

Bread / Spelt Bread Rolls in Basic Cookbook

Can this recipe be baked as a loaf instead of rolls?  I'm not a very knowledgeable baker so need to ask this basic question.
Will the dough be too dense inside to cook properly?
Any advice would be appreciated. :P

Questions? Technical Issues? The Survival Guide / Liquid Measurements

Hi everyone ... I know this question has been in the forum before but the replies focused more on the various sizes of Tablespoons.
I would like to know if a Thermomix recipe calls for 20g oil, can I just add 1Tablespoon (Aussie one, of course).  Or do I have to be guided by the Thermomix scales ... which would require more oil.

I have a couple of queries on the vege stock concentrate:

The recipe calls for rock salt - can I use other salt, e.g. the lovely Murray River pink salt flakes?
Oil - can I use Olive Oil or do I have to use vegetable oil?

Looking forward to help as I tend not to be creative when following a recipe!

Ok, I'm a very new user of the Thermomix and when I read a recipe, I'm one of those people who follow each detail - especially with a very new and different machine! 
The above recipe advises to "add tomato puree, salt and olives ... then cook for 20-25 minutes, etc".  However, right AFTER these instructions, you are told to place the varoma with meat and vegetables into position.
Then it continues ... "at the end of cooking place the meat and veges on a serving platter ...".
I am presuming that the varoma containing the meat and veges should be "placed into position" BEFORE cooking for 20-25 mins.  Sorry to appear naive but I figure cook books usually know what they're talking about more than I do! ???

Bread / What size bread tin

I am a newbie here and to Thermomix.  However, my husband and I had a go at making the basic bread and it was pretty good although we really didn't have the correct tin.  I went to Scullerymade for the correct bread tin but wasn't sure of the size for the ingredients in the recipe.  I bought both the 450g and 680g tins just in case - so can anyone advise?
