Title: Help. Recipe for steamed Christmas Pudding
Post by: cookie1 on December 17, 2015, 01:07:22 am
All my avenues have failed.  :'( :'( I seem to remember that I made some steamed Fruit/ Christmas puddings. I know I steamed them in the Varoma and they were lovely. I have looked everywhere I can think of and no luck. I have found a lovely one of Thermomixers if I can't find this.

You didn't use Chookies recipe and make smaller ones did you cookie? http://achookwoman.blogspot.com.au/2014/11/xmas-pud-steamed-in-tmx-basket.html

You have commented that the recipe in Festive Flavours is nice, was it that one perhaps?

Maybe TMEssentials recipe http://www.tm-essentials.com.au/a/steamed-christmas-puddings/60

The only recipes that come to mind are Alyce's recipe from Quick Fix in the Thermomix page 291 and Janie Turner Thermomix (http://www.ukthermomix.com/recipes.php)  recipe.

Thanks so much everyone. I hadn't looked in my Festive Book as it had fallen down behind other books. As soon as it was mentioned I remembered. All I had to do was find the book. After a lot of searching I found it. Visitors on Sunday night will be getting them now. The main course will be Nico's Pumpkin Quiche served with a couple of vegie dishes from the new Festive book and smashed potatoes. Easy but nice.
