Sundried Tomato & Capsicum Dip

Hey,

Just wondering how long would the Sundried Tomato & Capsicum Dip last in a sealed container in the fridge??? I have some that is a week old (half the batch from a party last weekend that was in a container and refridgerated straight after making). I don't want to just throw it out if it is still OK to eat, but don't want to risk dodgy food either...

taste a tiny bit kailey47, it should still be ok, next time when using raw  capsicum slice them up, then rise well under running water that will remove the acid and well last much longer,thats what i used to do when doing the preparation for the pizza section works with onions sliced and pineapple too
