Polenta disaster

Anyone having trouble with the edc polenta recipe- mine ended up gluggy and thick with lumps and tasted pretty terriblel?
And not to mention the polenta stuck on the bottom of the bowl...... ahhh

Mine does stick on the bowl a bit, but otheerwise it's ok.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Did you use instant polenta? I watched when cooking mine as I wasn't sure if I had instant or not (but was leaning towards it being instant). I kept checking to see if it was ready with spoon test and stopped it less time than stated. Mine stuck to the bottom a bit still as well.
