http://www.showmeapp.comShowMe is an open learning community where anyone can learn and teach any topic. The iPad app lets you easily create and share video lessons, suggesting to me that it might be ideal for promoting Thermomix on YouTube or your blog.
I haven't done so myself, so I'd like to hear from those who've used it already.
