After a few hours at the beach the youngest DD & I made a battery powered sattelite dish from her "K'nex" set she got for Xmas - so proud! Now they're watching a DVD.

One fell asleep while I was cooking dinner so is in bed already. The other is grouchy and soon to be in bed too, but at least ate dinner first.

We haven't even that big of a day - just playing with new toys really, but they have of course had a busy few days.

My DS was a rascal yesterday. DH gave him 2 jam sandwiches and I think the jam had something in it, as it's not the usual one I give him. Or perhaps it was a full moon :D

Today DS is off doing tip runs with DH. I have cleaned so much the trailers are full of rubbish. 4 large garbage bags of old pillows, plus all the Christmas packaging etc.

Cp & eb wouldnt go to sleep. Last night, they were laughing & talking until about 11pm. At least they are still asleep now, dh snori g which is the only noise atm :)

DG, we have another boy who has adhd, his adhd is very mild compared to the one that turned our weekend into madness. Seems they really vary.

Oh Hally it is wonderful to see you still care for eb. You are a wonderful, caring person. And another special boy too. These boys are very lucky to have you in their lives.

Yes ADHD is very hard for both the child and caregiver.
DS has been off Ritalin since April and after a few hiccups has settled well at school. He has issues which include immaturity, anxiety, dyslexia, motor skill problems etc. We also notice a big difference in his behavior when he has additives in his diet.

Yes we have 3 regular boys now. Eb isnt on medication, he doesnt have adhd but does have other issues, the other 2 are on medication. They are very different one with severe adhd & the other seems so much easier to handle.

Eb is here in busselton on holidays with us, loving it of course :)

Glad your ds has settled at school, it would be hard. He must be doing well if he is off the medication, fantastic news.
