I'm sure she deserves them MF.

I am happy that I tested my bed in the camp and it seems quite comfortable and I will be out of reach of snakes, dingoes and, other nasty things. I don't think I mind that is over a metre off the ground and I don't like heights!

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

LOL I think it's great that its over a metre above ground cookie as better to be safe from all the nasties than worrying about your fear of heights. You will have such a wonderful trip. DH and I love campervan trips. The freedom of the open road is just brilliant.

Well done to your DGD MF, what an achievement.
How exciting cookie, not long until you hit the road.

A weird happy...but happy that a friend who had a nasty fall off her horse and was flown to RPH is going to be ok.
Made me think I have been darned lucky when I have fallen off my spotty horse.

So glad your friend is ok, Nikkit . . .I think it's all in the luck of the draw sometimes!   When I was about 10 or 11 I had a really nasty fall from a mare I'd ridden for ages. . . it was only by the sheer grace of heaven that I didn't get my foot caught in the stirrup - and she bolted.  couldn't walk for ages due to a twisted ankle but really didn't think much more about it . . . I think about it now and what might have been and I almost swoon . . .LOL

Hmm yep there are plenty of horror stories goldfish. And I've seen the results of a few spectacular "dismounts" and roll overs myself. Not always very pretty with broken bones, broken pelvis, one near death (lucky there were doctors and ambos at the arena) and numerous others.
So many "what if's"
So many "she'll be rights" too! (have done a few of them myself!)

Any way ...on a brighter note - after all the glorious rain we've had, the sun is shining, the birdies are singing and the weeds are growing.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
