Any further headway re distribution in UK? ???   Had family here recently (and grandchildren, obviously previously coached by parents, asked what would I like Santa to see what he could get for me).  ;D ;D

a friend made it and said was delicious. She brought leftovers to work for lunch and it looked nice but I didn't sneak a bite!

I would think there are not many cookbooks that have reviews for every single recipe - that's great and thanks to everyone who has posted a review to achieve this.
