DH still complains it is a $1800 blender,

Do you use the Varoma ?  Do the Asian fish with rice etc and show that it's not just a blender - it multitasks. Unlike many men.

Hi Alina0210.  I wonder what it is with all these people from Perth? Maybe it's just a good place to live. I was glad to read that you use your TMX everyday. It was my husband who has encouraged me to buy the TMX. After we saw one he was very impressed. Perhaps he will find it easier to use than the heap of other gadgets I have.

Think all the Perthites need to come over to cookie1's to eat all the food that is going to be cooked in the first few days.

Don't be disappointed if things are not 100% first time round - it's not a magic machine - but she's a great help.

Tell DH that if the kids can do it, then so can he !!!

Start freezing ice cubes for the sorbets !!!  Even better to freeze some chunks of fruit and yoghurt (if you eat yoghurt)

Thanks for the hint re failures Thermomixer.  I think I'm prepared for them. As someone said the worm farm enjoys them.  Will certainly get the iceblocks prepared. On the weekend daughter (who is 27) and I had a coffee at a well known coffee shop. (not sure if I can name it) She had a mango something or other. I watched them make it and all it was; was mango and iceblocks blitzed together. So TMX here we come.
