These were always Mum’s standby, emergency dessert KAtie. Mine too I admit. They are so easy and really delicious.

Katie, I haven't had golden syrup dumplings in years. Did you make them in the TMX?

Michele yes I did steam them at the same time made the sauce . Sophie ..from England cannot think of her name has the small book on steaming in the Thermomix, it was from there . Basically you make the batter then put it on the tray with glad bake .
We needed to cheer DD up so her choice for dinner was spaghetti  bolognese , used the lamb mince . It was more meaty flavour but good .

A mystery package from the freezer.  It maybe Calzones.  I'll have to wait till they thaw out.

Cooked myself this lovely meal https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/266130/fish-filet-in-thai-coconut-curry-sauce/   I made the whole batch of sauce then removed 1/4 in which to cook my piece of barramundi.  I really enjoyed it.

Judy, sounds nice.  Must be curry time. We had curry mince with lots of veggies on SD toast for lunch.
K ATIE, I also often forget to include something to a meal that is hiding in the microwave or oven.

Always something going on in our house to distract me , teens super hungry and nothing more could of fitted on their plates . Everyone needs to have a roasted cauliflower balanced cooled salted basted in butter and oil served with a green tahini sauce .
