there has been a few like that over here in Oz. This one is definitely misleading as it doesn't say it is a toy so think someone will be very surprised  :( :(

It does state twice that it's a toy but NOT in the main title so I can understand if someone who didn't know what they were looking at got confused.

Just looked at that listing on Ebay and it states (in small print) Verwork toy.  At £310 GBP someone must not have been reading carefully.

As far as Im aware on every Vorwerk site ie each country there is a flashing warning about buying any products elsewhere especially online that are mostly either misleading or its a scam...comes down to people not doing their research...silly silly people .. i also saw a bnib ad for a thermomix just the other day of someone who was gifted it but didnt want it but even if it is legit and its indeed new, it isnt under warranty and you would have no follow up ..pity everybody doesnt know that..not to mention the price of the items...oh well the only way people will learn!
