Title: Saffron Risotto with Prawn & peas - A delicious journey (Nico Moretti)

Made this today for DH and followed the recipe as stated. 

Turned out lovely and very flavoursome and it made 6 good serves.  DH thought it was delicious and I could have quite easily got stuck into a bowl myself. :)

Will make again for sure.

Yum! Lucky DH having 5 more serves Julie.  Will it freeze OK?

I'm hoping so Judy, though I'm sure he'll be happy anyway.

If it doesn't, then next time I'll just do a half batch.  Worth taking the risk.   :)

You may only have to add a bit of stock to it when reheating Julie.

I wish my DH liked risotto. I only found out after about 43 years!

I must admit I'm not a huge fan myself but the taste I had of this was lovely. 

Thanks for the tip Judy, will remember when I defrost a serve.  :)
