I have to be honest, it didn’t appeal to me either. The 6 runs rings over the look of the 7 and black does nothing for it either.

Hottest day in 4 years cookie, we have had very mild summers so this really hit us. Having said that I still managed without the a/c. I opened up the house around 6 this morning to make things more comfy. Now all we need is some rain but that’s still highly unlikely.

I’m sure numbers will be down though Chookie, I’ll be going to gym today but there’s always less there on really hot days. Enjoy your day.

That looks great Margaret. I’ve made the pineapple one for DF but I’m not keen on pineapple these days so the strawberry substitution would work for us both. What did you do differently in Step 3 seeing as there is no juice to us please.

Yes sometimes cookie. I tend to put more effort into eating what he cooks followed by water after each mouthful.

Made this for DF a few days ago and the noises he made whilst eating it convinced me that he loved it. I doubled the recipe so that he could take a frozen uncooked one home for later, it fitted perfectly into his ckd diet plan. I love finding gems like this for him. 15
