I agree with the comment about real estate people and car salesmen DD.

I'm sure you will all enjoy your own space in the city. You can now stay out until the wee small hours with no DD to chastise you.  ;D ;D ;D

Cookie it is more of an issue not disturbing her when we get up. ;D

Her second job often sees her working until 1:30 in the morning, so on a Friday after she works her day job teaching she then starts a second job from 4 to 1:30. So understandably she enjoys a sleep in on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  :)

And I bought a PDF file there too  :P have never done that before, but look how adorable the results are!....it comes in 19 pages, just download and create your own cupcake boxes in different colours, the instructions & cupcake flags









Eagerly went to print off....no printer ink  :'( :'(
....will have to wait until tomorrow.
