Nice long walk with the dogs and DH before he went to work and now about to pack for my trip.

Washed and hung 4 loads of washing, Brought in 2 loads ready to fold now, breakfasted and lunched self and girls, made 4 beds, tidied 3 girls bedrooms (how can 1 small person mess up their room in such a short space of time???), emptied 2 dish drawers, packed 1 - it is washing now, done my budget/ bookwork for the week, made some vegemite and cheese scrolls, taken miss6 to school and been up to the in-laws to open their curtains, get the mail, move the cars etc (they are away),got the pork cooking in the slow cooker, peeled veges for tea,  now about to put 2 small girls into their beds...  :)

Oh...and... stood at the window and watched as the postie van came down the street - but he didn't stop.  :(

all good things come to those who are patient :)
Kinder drop off followed by pickup and lunch on the run and drop off to school for pre prep day. Home for quick cuppa then back to school for pickup, babysit two extras, cook tea and committee meeting tonight.

All in a day's work here - tho not usually quite so much washing and dishes, problem was I went to bed early with a migraine last night (after a headache that got worse all day) .... and I think a bomb must've struck while I was sleeping...!!
Also my kids seem to have this problem...they don't stop growing!! So I am forever washing new clothes before they wear them or old clothes before I donate them.... :-))  :D

Happy dance - I now have all my washing back up to date...all dried outside and now all inside half folded...and it has started to rain!! So glad I raced it!!  ;D

Takes me back to the days when my 4 kids were young Astarra.
I am sure all the other older forum members remember the same.
So much more energy o cope with a hectic household when younger.
Enjoy them while they are young as it goes so fast  :D

I'm trying to work but forum members keep posting and I'm finding it hard to concentrate 👿 plus there is a blowie that is annoying me, and every time I get near him he goes quiet and hides

CP - blowies are the only thing I would rather live in NZ than Aus for...after living here for 7.5years, they still get to me, I hate them.  >:(  But I'd still rather live with DH (and the blowies - if they have to) here than without him and the blowies there!  :-*
