Is that your no fuss recipe Chookie? You substituted 100gms of potato for 100gms of flour?
Would I be able to do a half batch (if this is the no fuss recipe) and cook them in the airfryer? Would the times ne the same?
A lot of questions - but in good hands here in the forum, so many great bakers.

Michele, firstly you can use the No Fuss Bread recipe like this .  I add a tiny bit more yeast as there is no gluten in the potato. However the mashed potato has more liquid in it than plain bread flour so you have to limit the water.  I keep a bit of water back and while it is kneading , I look in the hole of the TMX and add a bit more so that it looks ok. The dough will be a bit softer.
Yes you could Bake 1/2 recipe in AF.

Michele, I have been watching  your bread cooking with interest.  You are going to make a great bread cook , as you are asking all the right questions.   I like making bread as the history has always fascinated me. I sometimes have a flop.  Mostly because I experiment.
Today I made 50 sausage rolls, 4 chicken and mushroom pies and 20 SD crumpets.  We have just had the honey delivered from our bees.  It is beautiful.  Perfect on the Crumpets.

Wow, you have been busy Chookie.

The biscuits look good.

Today for World Baking Day, DS & DIL came over and we made no fuss rolls to have for lunch with the left over pulled chicken.
It's a lovely recipe that Cookie made. Also made parker rolls from the UK site. It was very hard to handle because it was so wet, haven't tried them yet. I meant to take a photo before I sent them off with DS. Only kept 2 to try.

I made Tenina's Auntie Debbie's Banana Cake.
I found an aged turnip and swede in the crisper. I added a couple of potatoes, some pumpkin, a couple of carrots and onion to it and blitzed it in the thermomix. I filled it to the 2l mark with water and added stock paste. I cooked it for 20 minutes, then blitzed it. It was delicious.

Made three batches of biscuits today. Caribaldi , Cornish fairings and Afghans ! Cannot believe I did this but it was so easy .. smells were to nice for DD and DS to complain about noise , or my timing was good ! The Afghans are a bit to strong for me . I like the  Caribaldi with currents the most .
