This is a question in advance of cooking!!  I am getting a bunch of dill in my vege box tomorrow … any ideas of good recipes (vegan or vegetarian) I could make?  Thanks

I have a Classic Loaf rising and plan to make a Cranberry and Pistachio loaf.
I will think about the dill issue Marina. I only ever use it with fish.

Marina, like Cookie, I have only used it with fish.  However you can freeze it.  Dill pickles ?
Sausage Rolls for GS.
I have been having trouble with my SD.  I think the problem is that I have been feeding it Bread mix, Laucke.  It contains salt. I fed some Wholemeal flour and that was ok.

It must be the time to have dramas with your bread Chookie. My last 2 loaves came out of the oven flat, even though they had risen before I put them in. I checked the yeast I had used and that' ok. It may be the new flour I have from a new flour place.

I have made the Rustic loaf from the Basic book, but put it in the long loaf tin this time. I also have a Classic Loaf rising.

Marina I have a brilliant recipe for Dill pickles, very easy and you can eat them on the next day. I thought I had put it up here but I can't find it. If you eat dill pickles I will give it to you.

I'd love the recipe, Cookie, if you wouldn't mind passing it on.  Thanks

Tofu with a lemon dill dressing; potato salad with the mayonnaise from the Rainbow Recipe book; a bean and almond salad and a mixed vege soup (because the weather is so cold today).

I made some No Fuss Rolls for dinner ( gosh I love that recipe) and a batch of Apple and Walnut muffins. I have some soup on, not because its cold but because its been raining.
