The soup sounds very nice CC.  It's a bit too hot here this week for soup ;D ;D ;D

Your breakfast pancakes sound delicious Chookie.

Djinni, I have a fridge fairy here too.  Since we have had DS at home nothing lasts long in the fridge.

Yesterday I made another 3 1/2 jars of tomato relish/sauce and a batch of Cinnamon Biscuits.  Today I have the tomato paste cooking and a zucchini slice in the oven.

Gayle and Margaret you have both been busy. I've done a loaf of Classic Bread today and have put on RTE SC beef. So dinner is prepared for tonight, more or less. I have bookclub tonight.

It must be never ending Gayle, you must get to use your TMX a lot.  I’d love to need to cook more and I do step up to the plate if needed for trading tables etc but cooking for 1 makes you very lazy.  On the other hand family is family and if they are as wonderful as you are then you are very lucky.  At least you know they enjoy your cooking!  Hats off to you for being such a wonderful Mum.

Go for it Djinni.  The kids are not around for ever. I love it when all the goodies I have cooked go.  You must be doing the right thing if they are eating it.   Sounds good to me.
Was able to send our gardener home with a pile if stuff.  Helps her out and me too.
While it is warm the Kefir sets quickly.   Turned some into Quark today and then mixed it with Plum sauce to make a dip. The Quark is lovely on the Almond Pancakes.

Mango fluff for visitors tomorrow.   Also some bread, rolls and loaf. No problem with it rising this hot weather.
I have been making AA recipe for Ice cream in her mounds.  I have been playing with the recipe and the latest version was with coffee liqueur and chocolate. Today I might add some Baileys Irish cream.
Ral loves them, I stick with the lemon Kefir ones.

Judy, yes I saw them, very cute. Think I will stick with the original ones as I know how to make the perfect amount of liquid the fill them.
What I do is make a batch of 6. Slip them out of the mounds when frozen and pop them into individual snap bags.  Then make another lot. Might make Kefir and mango today.

Made the Italian Fish stew again today.  Not TMX but lovely.
Think I might put it on my Blog.  Blog has been playing up and wouldn’t let me post photos.  Mandy spoke harsh words to it and it smartened itself up.

4 jars Tomato Passata and 4 small jars Pizza Sauce.  I used tomatoes from the garden for this instead of tinned tomatoes.

I've made another l oaf of Classic Bread to take away on Monday, a fruit loaf using DJ's recipe http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=13061.msg361991#msg361991  and this morning I found a recipe for crackers using excess SD starter. If they taste ok I will share the link.
