Title: Yoghurt making
Post by: Lexi on August 06, 2012, 10:10:31 pm
The EDC recipe for yoghurt making uses normal milk, milk powder and pot set yoghurt.  Due to food intolerances I don't want to use milk powder if I can avoid it.

Does anyone make yoghurt just using normal tolerated milk and tolerated yoghurt?  If you skip the powder what difference will that make?

Hi there,

I too have been looking for yoghurt recipes. This is the one I've bookmarked to try...

There's also one here on the forum Faffa's best yoghurt recipe that looks great too, I'm on my tablet computer and haven't worked out how to link back to the forum other than cutting and pasting the URL... http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10188.0
 Hope this helps

I have successfully made Faffa's, I don't use a starter, just 1/2 a cup of pot set yogurt (Jalna) natural.
