Question for the UK gals.
« on: September 30, 2010, 03:56:27 am »
My cousin is living over in England and while on a holiday back here in Aussieland came to one of my demos - she wants to know how much the TMX is in pounds if she gets it when she gets back home to England? Thanks in advance.  ;)

Nay-nay I'm afraid I don't know but I have just sent an email to U.K. Thermomix( it's 8.55am here) to Pam Gressett, who works in the office.I'm off out this morning but hopefully she will get back to me at lunch time when I return.

I have had a email back from Pam Gressett and the price is 857Pounds ( sorry my keyboard doesn't have the pound symbol).DH worked out the price in Oz dollars at today's exchange rate = to 1392 Oz dollars. :)

If you buy a second bowl at the same time it costs £1056 and both prices include a 3 year warranty (but the warranty is only applicable in the UK- if you take the machine out of the UK, you need to return it to the UK to get it repaired under warranty).

I happen to know this because I've just got the information for a friend who is thinking of getting one and who has a place in France as well.
