was really panicing, have prawns for tea and wasn't sure what to do. So just had to think for myself and its taken all day...so hope this works. Rice in the steamer...prawns in Varoma, now just have to make sauce. Now I can look up posts for ideas.

Was cooking though, made 2 cakes, bread and my first batch of washing powder.

LOL I also had to make up dinner (but came up with a lovely lovely recipe for pork in beer casserole - so maybe it was a good thing??) - tried oh so many times to get on today.

I usually log on at breakfast time here to catch up with everyone but couldn't. :( Thank goodness you are all back when I logged on at lunchtime.  :)

LOL, JD... I had a shock myself when I woke up this morning!!! I suppose it was just a server downtime. Even technology can let us down. Glad we are all up and running. Phew!!
