Tried to make some sticky date muffins but they left half their sticky 'dates' in the muffin pan.  >:( :(

Last night we had the Asian Style Fish Fillets from the EDC cookbook, pg 104.   I love the taste and ease of the cooking.

I noticed that. I plan to make some jam this weekend. We love strawberry Jam. I use Tenina's recipe, but think I should try Chookie's.
