Hi,
Does anyone have the recipe for tuna dip? I think its in the everyday cookbook. I had tasted it in one of the cooking classes and absolutely loved it. Anyonneeee...??

i dont have my edc handy at the moment but i think you can access the pdf version on the thermomix website. Good luck.
p.s let me know how it tastes- havnt tried it before!! :D

I have been told (I haven't tried it) that if you mix one of the little flavoured tins of tuna with 250g of cream cheese, it makes a nice tuna dip. I think they suggested one with curry in it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Sorry, haven't got the book at hand.  But like cookie1 I'd just put some tuna and other things such as cream cheese, mayo, yoghurt or chickpeas and oil in with S&P and some lemon juice.

Will hope somebody comes to the party with EDC recipe.
