No, I look after my back, with stretches, and correct posture.

Remember I am a massage therapist, with a pump shop, who loves to cook.. ;D ;D ;D
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Did the shopping this morning and now having 30 minutes on the computer while DH has a rest sleep. Then hope to make a fruit loaf.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I thought it was a pretty clever thing to do too Sue :-)) :-)) :-))

I've got a big lump and bruise. I got it right on a vein so I have pain all up my arm. I got ice on it pretty quick though, so the swelling should go down.

I did the same thing in the car door a couple of week's ago Amy and my thumb nail is half black now.  Ouch for a few hours though.

Hi Cornish Cream, I have quite a bit of the boring stuff to do today.
Sorry to hear of the jammed hand Amy, and also your finger Judydawn.  I find cider vinegar(organic one) from health shop works wonders for that.  I just pour some vinegar in a egg cup and put my finger in.  It hurts like H*** for a while but I have never had it go black or lost a nail since doing that. Soreness also goes.   Also use it after a fall, soak a pad in the vinegar and place it on the area stops it bruising. Forgot to add.  It must be done immediately though.

Thats a handy little tip Marie, I'll remember it for future finger slamming incidents ;)

Ouch, yes, thats what I said ;D ;D ;D
I'm glad I missed my fingers, but getting it on the very middle on the back of my hand is making it difficult to hold things and rotate my hand. :(

This afternoon I have another physio appointment to get more needles stuck in my legs too :(
