Posting a New Recipe
« on: November 15, 2011, 01:30:03 am »
I would like to post my first recipe, but not sure how to do it.  Do I just start a new topic and type it in or is there a template somewhere?  Also, how do I post a photo.
Thanks.

To post your recipe matmob, yes you just start a new topic.

Photos, now that is a different kettle of fish.  Presuming your photos have been transferred from your camera to your picture file (reduced in size), you just click on 'additional options' after posting your recipe then on 'Browse' which will take you to your picture file.  The picture must be reduced to 256KB for the forum unless you are using other methods which someone else will explain for you.
I usually click on 'post' after I have typed the recipe then go back and add the photo afterwards as if your photo is too big it won't accept the recipe either and you have to type it all again which is a pain.
Have a go and see how you get on.  Just ask if you are having trouble. Some people use a different program.

matmob you have asked a great question so I have moved it here so that it may help others who have the same problem. Thanks.
