I just throw things in I never measure. Do I have to get used to being precise with a tm?

Not necessarily Cowley, but the scales do make it very easy to measure ingredients :) And in saying that, some recipes require you to be very precise.

ty amy

nazar I haven't got my tm yet. But it wouldn't matter which one you used. With smoothies you can generally throw in anything.

This recipe is particularly good if you have kids that won't eat breakfast because they are getting all the nutrients in.
The school have breakfast programs now and it's embarrassing when your child tells the teacher he hasn't eaten as it makes you look like a neglectful parent.

It sounds very similar to the recipe I posted which is like Up & Go.

I'm going to make this for my DD who is also not a big breakfast eater. But she does like smoothies!
Thanks Cowley! Love that it's all stuff I have and would want her to eat anyway (we don't do yoghurt here as it upsets DS's tummy)

Please do keep posting cowley - everyone has a different version even if it's similar.  I only put the link to mine to give people an idea of what quantities are used.  :)
