Hi I am Deniser.  Thank you for the replies to my first question ladies - and I will try the breads you have recommended. What a great forum this is.
A couple of months ago I went along to a demonstration for a workfriend.  I went in with the attitude of "huh - I'm not spending that much money on a machine!" and I left two hours later absolutely hooked.
I had not actually ordered my TMX but the following week when my trusty Kenwood Chef (It was only 25 years old too) decided to give up the ghost I rang up Lyn and David and said bring it on down.

I have stuck to the basic recipes just to get used to the machine but have spend quite some time browsing through the forum and getting ideas.  At the moment I have another batch of rolls in the oven - my husband loves them and it is just so quick, easy and satisfying to make them myself.

So I am looking forward to many more pleasant exchanges and thanks again for your help.

Hi there.  I am new to Thermomix (but loving it so far).  Love the idea of making bread and have been quite successful with cheese and bacon rolls and basic Bimby bread.  But -- can anyone please tell me if I am not able to get hold of grains if I could use the appropriate flour(s) instead.  Love the idea of spelt and buckwheat etc.
