DH got good news today so we would definitely love to attend. 

We will be hiring a car at least for Sunday, so if anyone needs a ride we would love the company.

Only just catching up on this thread, delighted that so many interstaters are coming, especially Judy! I'll have a couple of spare seats too although might not be able to stay until stumps if the kids start acting up (i.e. getting bored). Can help with airport pickups etc if required..

Dee, if the girls like board games etc. I would love to play along. I used to love playing trouble, guess who, twister and battle ships, with my kids and I'm sure Chookie would have some games for her GC.

                                                   Morning tea.   10 to 11.30
                                                   Lunch.             1.00 to whenever
with the present numbers,  looks like a Buffet serve yourself hot lunch.  We can seat  about 20.
   Probably Roast turkey and Vegetarian Quiche,  hot veggies. Is there anyone,  vegetarian with no dairy .?
Any other dietary needs that I need to know about ?
Weather...... Probably cold outside,  could be raining. 8 to 12 o.  Warm inside. 20 o.

Anything ,  anyone needs to know, post here or PM me.  Looking forward to meet so many new members and catching up with old ones. Should be a fun day.

Judy,  most will be prepared beforehand.  With so many excellent cooks on hand I am not a bit worried.   If I make a disaster, someone will know what to do,  or the chooks can have it.
