Chookie, the peach tart looks delicious.   No cooking here.

Obbie chicken pasta bake sounds great but I dare not put the oven on now 39.8 ! A quick risotto to fill teens up may be in order ! I gave myself Simple cook book for Christmas! Going to try to cook more out of it as it is all delicious and heathy .

Lovely cooking everyone. Gosh the heat is horrid for you. We have had a couple of cooler days. Today is about 31 but nothing like you are having. Stay cool.

Some kind person shared a 24 ;hour bug with me so not a lot of cooking has been done here for a couple of days. DD and Dh had Red Rooster on Friday night. They didn't want my bugs.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

DH made a multi grain SD loaf yesterday but used a different batch of flour from the health food store down the road ... it didn't taste nearly as good as his normal flour (Wallaby brand, I think).

Choc Chip scones sound nice.
I  made the muffins yesterday. The only sweetener they had in them was 2 tablespoons of malt syrup. I think they needed a little more. I worked out that they only had 123 calories in them, so it looks like I will be eating them all. I did put some in the freezer.
