Totally agree with all the above compliments for Chookie and Ral.

You are all too kind with your comments, but thanks.   We are a bit choosey  as to whom we ask to share our home with because as Gert said we are a bit quirky.   However, that said, Gert fitted in remarkably well. Maybe she is a bit quirky too. !!  I can’t think of anyone of the regulars on the Forum who wouldn’t be welcome.
Tomorrow is to be 31 degrees.   We will be getting up early to water.

I hope the heat moves on for you all. We only had the one really hot day. I feel for the cricketers in Adelaide.

I visited another little grocer this morning, a little further away than my Italian one, but it wasn't as good. The Italian one has local food and a lot from their farm in Manjimup. I did manage to buy some Ruby chocolate though. DD bought me a small block from Koko Black and even though I rationed it to one square each every few days it disappeared. I love the taste.

Hi all. It is 6 am and 24 degrees already.  Looking to 34 today. Mini heat wave.
Nasty bushfire a few miles away.  I love the way they now hit the fire with everything right at the start.

Good morning folks, day 2 of the very hot weather.  I also feel for the cricketers cookie.

Heavy rain here today. Loads of puddles everywhere. Chance and I got thoroughly soaked this morning on our walk.
