KAtie, that’s good to know. GS went to pick up some friends from that event. He was worried about them in the heat. I therefore had Teddy for another night. He was unsettled, which wasn’t like him. I found out there had been some kids playing up. That was what he was barking at.

Poor Teddy.
I went to the podiatrist this morning and called at my Italian deli to pick up some spinach. $95 later I left. I do love that place.

Today, going to wholesale where house for Laucke bread flour. Costs $3 a kilo for 12.5 kilo bag.

Another good swap, DS took some chutney and came home with fresh honey.

We had a surprise visit from our GD who came down from Qld for her Hen's Party with her GF at the weekend.  She will have another party with friends from Qld closer to the wedding.

Yesterday yoga ,DH to have crowns ! Then ti Melbourne for an appointment and dropped into Bunnings on way home to get another owl 🦉. DD washed her car . Then saw her DG in the hospital hostel . Saw her for five seconds and off to Melbourne. Quiet house. In the morning we had a visit by a huge dog and a little Jack Russell ,they have come over before but they clearly were on the hunt and unfortunately our neighbours cats came out second best . Ours as quick thankfully. Cool change here so good to not be so so hot .

Gee Chookie your Laucke flour was a good buy.
I did my grocery shopping this morning.
DD is feeling very down today. One of her close friends, wife, has now refused anymore treatment, so very sad as she is only young. It is devastating for them. They all work together and she is in their hospital. 😭😭😭😭😭

Oh Cookie, that is hard to handle.
Our Probus group went out for lunch to a pub. I got lost and arrived late. They are such a nice group and made sure I had a seat and got me organised for lunch.  Earlier I had my second injection for Shingles. Doesn’t seem to be a reaction this time.

We had a doctor's visit yesterday.  DH results were good, mine not so good.  The results of my bone density test show that I have osteoporosis and that was a bit of a shock.  I now have to wait for an appointment to see a specialist.

Margret love had osteoporosis for many many years and I have an injection every six months . It’s not ideal but it builds up the calcium . I tried the tablets , just didn’t agree with me . Only thing I am unable to do is have Dential implants in my jaw .
Well tonight I got the fright of my life , I think it was a swallow bird or bat in the house ! Screaming and ducking and shutting doors . Finely managed to leave back door open and shut all other doors . It must have gone . I thought finding a ladybird was lucky today ! Positive thoughts.

Mab that isn’t too good. My SIL has osteoporosis and like KAtie has to have 6 monthly injections as tablets didn’t go well for her. Hopefully you will only have to take medication.

DD and I had coffee this morning. She is on tenterhooks at the moment and jumps every time her phone beeps or rings.

Mab, RAL had bad Osteoarthritis. He had the injections , once they were allowed for men. Amazing results. If you have to have the injections, have any serious dental work done first. I’ve also just started the injections. No Biggie.
