Have not included soups, desserts, cakes or breakfast meals. When posting recipes please indicate how many it serves then moderators can add those with smaller serves to this list.

It is my" go to" list when there are only two of us for dinner.
My favorite at the moment is the Pumpkin stuffed with Cod (although I use other fish)

I am now trying to think of meals I can turn the left overs into something else. Like bubble and squeak from roast veggies.
