What is Cowboy brenda?  The friend I had staying last week got into my alcohol cupboard and made me a drink using Baileys and Butterscotch Schnapps (name too rude to mention here but it was very nice). My butterscotch liqueur isn't creamy so I take it there is a cream version out there - and what, I don't know about it  :o :o ;) ;)

:D :D I knew you girls would know what I was referring to.  Thanks Jan, so I can mix one up with what I've got and just add that to this recipe of brenda's.  My alcohol cupboard is full so I don't really want to buy another bottle of anything at the moment.

I must lead a sheltered life. I've never heard of cowboys. (other than the wild west ones)
