Lovely looking pie chookie.  Last night we had SC stew from the freezer with potatoes, cabbage and carrots.  Not sure what to make tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

BZB,  chicken and mushroom  pie mix is very easy.   I use leftover roast chicken.  Uni's S O S  chicken sauce mix,  one onion and garlic.  Handful of mushrooms.  Can add other veggies like carrot and peas.
Cook onion and garlic in a little oil in TMX ,  add SOS mix and water and cook.  Add chopped up chicken and mushrooms and cook on reverse 5 minutes.
Can be used as pie filling,  on toast,  on rise or as pasta bake.

Yesterday made Jill Duplix's Prawn Toasts. Very nice but shallow fried and don't want to do this very often.  I have 1/2 the prawn mix left over so will add water chestnuts and make won tons.

Another cup of avocado soup and a taste of Cookie's Creamy Salmon Pie which had come out of the oven earlier.

They look good Chookie. I haven't had prawn toasts for years, I used to do them when I had Chinese dinner parties back in the 80's I think it was using the Woman's Weekly Chinese Cookery Class cookbook which I'm sure many of you have.  I have a few prawns in the freezer so it looks like a nice, healthy version is coming our way.
