Roast beef with Red,Black and White Quinoa  salad with orange, beets,  mushroom and honey mustard dressing.



Great colours and would have looked better with a bit of crumbled feta but don't want to spoil Dh with too much protein.LOL!

For lunch for me and the GKs today I took down a container of frozen SC turkey & pineapple casserole which I did for CC when she stayed here.  I was going to serve it over pasta but GD didn't want pasta.  GS didn't want potato but what's new so I did potato anyway.  Guess who went back for seconds, potato and all  :D  Still half a container for DD to use tonight if she so wished.

My usual bowl of salad and some protein. Today I also had leftover coleslaw and KIS Beetroot salad.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
