Ingredients:

70 g sea salt
3 tsp brown mustard seeds
2 tsp caraway
2 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp coriander
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried garlic
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp dried lemon peel
¼ tsp chili flakes

Preparation:

Grind all the spices at speed 10 for 20 seconds.
