If he has never had fresh homemade he might change his mind.

Lucky  you Gert, right  place right time.  I think I would have snapped it up too for that price.  I'm still in a spending mode from Melbourne, DD put me onto a new website and I've bought a watch and a pendant this morning.  I should be pulling my head in now though.

Gert that is so very kind of you to save that poor little pasta machine. It may have been destitute otherwise.

Just think Gert that you have saved it from going to a bad home; it will now be loved.

I really don't need it but thought a new toy would be nice and help me get my cooking mojo back. I can now send my Marcato Atlas to a good home perhaps.

It really is a bit silly now I am on my own but I could not leave it at that price. I may play with it before passing it on..........or not!

They all raved about it at the good guys. One even said she bought it for her family of gluten free kids and because of the process her kids have no problem with eating the pasta made with regular flour. Makes you wonder what is wrong with wheat flour pasta we buy.

Anyway I am gunna have a play.

Gert, I know where you are coming from.  We aren't even eating pasta but I have pasta machine envy.  I don't  understand it but I want one!
You enjoy.

Well Denise I guess we girls are entitled to buy a new toy that we don't use often just like the boys. I wonder how many boats just sit in the yard from season to season.

That's a great buy Gert, I very envious and thinking of making a quick trip to The Good Guys in case they have another lonely one there. Happy pasta making.

You never  know. Mine was the demo model so it had been used but for virtually 1/2 price why not. Just about to give it a go.

Good buy Gert, I love the idea of the pasta machine, but we very rarely eat it.
I've been humming & Harring over a Spiraliser. Well if you want a bargain, my DH will sniff it out.
He found one online that 'claims' to spiral zucchini, carrot etc. total cost for 2 with postage was $22.
It remains to be seen how it performs.lol
