I have his big Vegetable book Julie, I love vegie recipe books (as opposed to vegetarian books).   Have printed out the sample recipe for Baby beetroot tarte tatin from your link, will give it a go in the air fryer using a cryovacced packet of cooked baby beets which Foodland are now selling.

I have his Vegetable book too. I find it very useful. It's nice to eat veggies in a different way and much more fun cooking too.

Oh, forgot to include this that I picked up from Aldi



Perfect for when extra bench space needed, & wheel it out when done.  I won't use the stools, but keep my boxes of wax underneath, & think I'll use pretty material to make a curtain around it to hide what's underneath  ;)
