I popped into the city this morning. I needed new capsules for the Nespresso machine and found that there was a new one out. Not sure if I like it though so I only bought one tube of it. (10 pods)

While in the city I just happened to go into Dymocks where I have a couple of gift cards to spend from Christmas. This book caught my eye several times and managed to get itself bought. I like all their recipes I have ever tried.

The Artisan Bakery book I had bought from Readings with free delivery a week or so ago and it arrived today as well.
It must have been my day for parcels as my Crio arrived today too.

A wonderful day all round. Lots of parcels for me.

What a day cookie. Well done. On fb there were some flexible spatulas available at Aldi for $2.49. Might get one to try in thermie.

Here is a pic.

Thank you lovely ladies! Just baby steps I know but easing my way in slowly slowly...hehe...got me thinking...one small step for woman, one giant leap for woman kind....oh dear, are you sure you want me to join in :D

It is nice to be past newbie stage, jnr member sounds more like I belong now, in reality though you lovelies made me feel that way from day one anyway as you do with all who join up on here....I feel ready to start welcoming new members too now:)

Cookie, we were at Nespresso boutique yesterday picking up supplies, didn't think to ask if any new ones were out, but we do tend to stick to our long time favourites ....arpeggio and decaffeinato intenso.
I have the crio bru cocoa beans (cavalla) plus the choc coated cocoa beans in my fridge which are so yummy :)

GP I love all the nut ones that came out over Christmas. We bought up big with those but generally only buy ones we really like.

Were those the limited edition, hazelnut, coconut and another nut one which I now forget?
They gave us one capsule of each to bring home and try - cos they don't have reduced fat milk to make us one and we don't drink full cream.

More sad news in the dentists office this morning, so I bought myself a little giftie to cheer me up.

The Australian skin care company, Aesop, have a lovely perfume called "Marrakech" that I've had my eye on, but have been resisting.

Today I didn't.  :-)) ;D

Exactly cookie! They haven't had fat reduced milk there for ages, yet the amount of people who order skinny lattes (DH & I both) should surely warrant having 1/2 supply....how hard can it be really?

This is a newish boutique too so you'd think they would be more accommodating, I ask for it each time, hmm won't get started on customer service though LOL

Amanda all visits to the dentist need to be rewarded with something nice. That is if you have any money left after paying the bill. :-\

What a day cookie. Well done. On fb there were some flexible spatulas available at Aldi for $2.49. Might get one to try in thermie.

Here is a pic.

I have one of these spatulas and it is great in the thermie.  It slides easily in under the blades to get anything caught.
