Hope you have more than one the Megan as you will need it. I was able to clean the bowl  completely with the balsamic reduction from Helene's site plus lick the spatula clean. Absolute bliss.

Then I made Tenina's lemon curd  to get ready for tomorrow's macarons  and OMG  I got right under the blades for,a good lick of the curd. Without a doubt  the best spatula ever made.  I now have 4 on the go and may buy some more. For the TMx there is  no better accessory. I think I must be going nuts to be so enthusiastic about a spatula but when you find a good tool that works brilliantly and does what's expected then why not.

I have also used it in the frying pan when making scrambled eggs and frittata.

The brush is just a bonus.

Not to sure about  the $20 macaron cheat sheet. We will see.

Today I bought from Robin's Nest Kitchenware, this macaron thingy to make Mara's macarons from superkitchenmachine.com. No doubt Helene will scoff at my cheat "sheet"!

Let us know how the macarons turn out Gert.....I have that same pan, but it's on loan to a friend....so haven't tried it yet.   Can't believe I haven't made macarons yet, but would love a TM version to be successful.

I know I am buying a TMX over the next few weeks but today I bought Breville Fast Slow Cooker and a  Kenwood Premier Chef. These were my presents to me with the last paycheck I received when I resigned in November last year.

Dede it was a really good price and it included a meat grinder which from reading that the TMX has a few shortcomings in grinding meats I thought would come in handy. Plus a pasta making set via redemption.

So all in all I think they will all complement the TMX once I order and receive it.

Oh CP that's awful! You were only trying to help.  What a terrible scam.
😔
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Isnt the idea of a slow cooker, to cook things slowly, go out for the day, come home & dinner is cooked.

Whats a fast slow cooker??

I woukd like a mincer, but not worth the money for the occasional times of using it.

As I buy my meat at such a Good price, once in a while I could buy minced chicken, but I havent given up with TM mincing yet. Like the spag  bol, eventually you will get there ;D

Anyone have one of these airwaves fryers? The ones that cook chips etc with only a small amount of oil.
Was thinking of getting one but only if they are good.
