Portuguese Marinade for chicken kebabs

We walked past Leonards today. They had lovely looking portuguese chicken shaslicks. They were $2.95 each!!! We would need 6.

I said we can make better at home.

Any good recipes out there :) ???

Julie Goodwin has this one Hally.  Didn't you recently score one of her books? 

It might be a bit hot for CP so what about this one?
