Made curried Yabbies.  Added a bit of garlic butter to the mix.  Very nice.
The pork belly was good, but still not as good as Judy’s.
Made a large lasagna. Will freeze this for later in the week.

Yesterday I made some Chocolate Brownies for GD.  They are in the freezer now ready for when she comes home from uni.

Made a load of bread, into cold oven. Added to a Laucke white flour, hemp seeds, Spelt whole meal flour, sesame seeds and sun flour seeds.  Made a lovely well textured loaf.
Cooked some Pork and Sage sausages, mashed pots and gravy and a mix of veggies from the garden.
Made Zuchinni fritters for lunch. Made the base in the TMX - eggs, green peas, chick pea flour, onion top and mint. Added Spiralizer Zuchinni at end. Served with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
