Thanks Lisa, I'm going to make this soon for a friend from Brisbane who is coming to stay a few nights next week - I like to have a variety of ready-to-go desserts when she comes so that we can then have more time to sit and talk.

Great to find this recipe, very handy for Xmas for those with a sweet tooth but who can't eat dairy products.  I would never have thought of using avocado in this way.

This is awesome.
Thank you!!
I did run out of agave, so had to add honey to complete the sweetness, hence turning it into non vegan.
Never the less it still tastes great.
I made it into a slice for bite size pieces.Great with coffee.
The filling didn't set well in fridge for the slice, so I think next time I will add some coconut oil to the filling so it sets better, and less messy to eat. But putting in freezer works well to set and slice when slightly thawed.
I have sliced up and put into containers in freezer for an easy sweet treat.

PS sorry about the pic on the side!!  Can't figure out how to rotate it on this site. It was the right way up on my iPad!!!
Ahh. Modern technology!!

It looks very nice. I've enjoyed playing with raw recipes.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
