Cookie and Marina , you both are on a roll.  I didn’t cook as intended, but made Chicken and Mushroom pies in these handmade dishes that were given to me.

Will start the Hot X Buns today. Will make yeast ones for neighbours today and start the SD ones to bake tomorrow.
Thought I might experiment with some Easter flavoured Crumpets.

This is not what I am cooking today ... it is what I am intending to cook for visitors tomorrow:  RTE's Balsamic Thyme Mushroom Bruschetta, has anyone made this?  It sounds very tasty so fingers are crossed.  I will also be cooking "the Best Australian Carrot Cake"!, cashew nut curry and another 'experiment' Raw Strawberry Macadamia Cheesecake off a blog called livelovenourish, it sounds good, hope it turns out and tastes as good!
