I would love the brownie recipe, Chookie, if that's possible.  Thanks.  The nutella recipe is so quick and easy it will be easy to run up another batch to make into brownies.

Nutella Brownie recipe.
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups Nutella
1/2 cup plain flour
Pinch of salt.
Beat eggs in TMX
Add Nutella , salt and flour, mix
Spoon into 8 inch square , lined tin
Bake 25 minutes at 350 or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Cut into 9 squares. ( 12 would be better as they are very rich)
Very easy and very nice.

Thanks, Chookie.  I'll give them a go in a week or so and make them for work.

Cookie, fat boms are high fat, high protien snacks.   I used coconut oil, and organic cocoa, and I made peanut paste, and macadamia paste in thermie. Then mix together.
I am trying more Keto recipies, so  very low carb and high fat, to see If I can loose a bit more weight.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Thanks Robyn, I hope it works for you. Losing weight isn't easy by any means.

A couple of days ago I made an Irish. BRack from the book Baking for the thermomix. I soaked the fruit in a Christmas Breakfast tea from T2 for 24 hours. It is really nice. I just added fruit that I had.

As you can see it’s almost gone!

Obbie, my DD is on a high fat low carb diet and has lost quite a lot of weight.

Thanks for the recipe Chookie, I have a GD who will love those.

Cookie, I like the look of your fruit cake.

Yesterday I made some Lemon Cupcakes for visitors.  No photo because they ate the lot.

Making lots of bread rolls for Rals Birthday party.  Will freeze them.
Then only need to make Apple Sauce to go with Suckling Pig, and dips. Rest catered for.
