Yesterday I made 3 lots of bread.  16 multi grain and rye rolls and 3x 2 lots of bread sticks. also pumpkin and chick pea Korma, roast chicken, Trout salad with Avacado and watercress and chicken soup.
We ate the salad for Dinner, froze the bread for party, and the chicken and korma went to DD who was out all day marshalling at bike race. Chicken soup also frozen.

Gosh you have been busy Chookie. I made some of Tenina's Chocolate and Cherry Brioche on Sunday.(from FFS) I like to have some sort of fruit loaf in the freezer. It is delicious. I didn't knead the fruit and chocolate in enough, but I didn't want to break it up. I also made Alyce's Chocolate Meusli bars, they were delicious too.
I didn't put chocolate all over them as she did.

I'm waiting for my Yoke SD bread to rise too.

Didn’t get around to biscuits. Will do today.
Mixed 2 SDs for overnight.  Will form into loaves this morning and bake later today.

I made a batch of Rice Bubble Biscuits yesterday.  Didn't have enough rice bubbles so added some cornflakes as well.  DH says they taste nice. :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

As well as the 2 SD loaves I have given the TMX a good work out today.  I have made my 3 favourite dips.  Smoked salmon, Avacado Hummus and Maggie Beers Artichoke dip. I made double and have given some away.
Also Almond Crackle Biscuits.

I  have Tenina’s zucchini bread in the oven at the moment, we eat it as a cake and I have made some Strawberry Jam. I managed to pick up some slightly cheap strawberries.

The other day when we had spaghetti bolognaise I made some garlic scrolls. They were delicious and didn't have as much butter on as normal garlic bread. We even had 6 left to put in the freezer for next time.

Some garlic bread has way too much butter cookie, the scrolls look nice.
