You can even use coconut oil on your skin and nails and also in your hair it has many health benefits and is one of the best super foods your can eat (in moderation)

I just bought some from my local health food shop.

Introduce Yourself / Gen Y into Thermomix
« on: June 19, 2011, 11:59:35 am »
Hi guys,

I have recently purchased a TM31 and it is amazing. Both my partner and I love cooking in it.
We have already made:
Pumpkin soup (best ever! and in only 30mins)
Hot Custard (no preservatives :D)
Pasta e Fagioli (different but filling)
Sticky Date with Sauce (easy!)
Mash Potato (the best with cheese)
Violet Crumble Cheese Cake (so rich)
Midori Splice (plus other cocktails)
Chicken & Mushroom Risotto (so easy & creamy)
Orange Chocolate Sorbet (didnt have enough ice)
Hot Chocolates & Lattes (yum yum)
Profriteroles (partner made these and were amazing!)

I think this is everything so far...

Only had it two weeks and both myself and my partner work full time. I got a few ideas and recipes off the forums already. What cook books would anyone reccomend?
