Cold beef salad and seeded bread was on the menu.....

Changed owing to the weather.... It so cold it makes one just want to go to bed and hibernate!

Lunch changed to bacon, egg, tomato, with one of my French sticks from the freezer, followed by Megan's sticky toffee pudding portions from freezer.

We are much warmer now  ;D

Astarra, what are lasagne toppers, they sound yummy

They are yummy, they are like individual portions of lasagne in a crumb. Really easy and really yum, tho you do need to be careful - if there is too much moisture in the mince part they can end up rather stodgy. Just make a pan of lasagne on one lasagne sheet, not too thick mince mix then cheese sauce mix, another lasagne sheet. Cool to be able to slice and handle (I find it easier to partially freeze) then crumb each portion, freeze til required!  :D

Today we had bacon and egg quiches.  :)
:D

Mich :o :-X I've never understood that combination ???

Warm here, so salad with leftover satay chicken. It was really yummy, the satay flavour had developed even more overnight. I think it was better ;)

It brings back memories of when I was a kid and you could actually cut weetbix in half. Unlike me they are a little thinner these days  :D
