Kimmy, that salad looks delicious, thanks for the photo!! :D :D

Hahha have you ever experienced minus 14 amy or even minus temps???

I think i will wait to see how you go when your there... Ppl always say they love it until they have to deal with it every day then not so much but maybe you are crazy and you will love it ???

I used worked in a fish factory with a big walk-in freezer which I had to go in sometimes :-)) ;D

I just love weather where I can wear big fluffy jumpers and boots and come home to a bowl of steaming soup and fresh bread ;D I'd say I'm crazy Kim ;)

Today I'm having a toasted sandwich again. I might might myself a beetroot salad to have on the side since the bread is very small :)

Mum and SD have leftovers from last night, but I don't know why they want them. Last night's dinner was horrible :(

It was chicken and spinach curry MF. But it tasted just like water. I even put extra cumin and coriander in it :(

Just got back from food shopping so wanted something quick - a turkey & cranberry sauce sandwich, DH loves this filling.

Yum Judy, turkey and cranberry is such a good combo :D

What recipe did you use Amy?

One out of a magazine. I should have just made up my own version, it probably would have tasted better ;D

Maybe it tastes better today after resting overnight Amy.

I had leftover coleslaw and a hot cross bun :)
