Cookie, it looks like watermelon bread.

We don't have this concoction in Malaysia. Just icecream sandwiched between wafers when I was a kid.

I made extra things today but didn't have time to photograph, Just needed to help out with a quick supper.
Also made chookies added value bread...

It was a bit lively...

Goodness, it was trying to escape the tin by the looks of it.

I'm making a little more jam today (hopefully the last 2-3 batches and all the plums will be gone), and some pizza rolls.

Interesting looking loaf DJ  :D

Today I have made the filling for beef enchiladas to have later in the week when GS comes to stay.

Ginger Nut Biscuits

And Trudy's American Quick Loaf (date & nut loaf)  A little over cooked as I am still getting used to the new stove.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Still having our meals prepared, tonight we had pumpkin and pesto pasta.  Every meal has been extremely tasty. I think you will enjoy it Katie. Last night we had I cant believe its not butter chicken(quorn for us) yummy.

Sorry Judy, my 2 DD's.  They are making Michelle Bridges dinners. DD1 dd the 12 week challenge a while ago.We are all trying  to dropa few Christmas kgs.
